Cuts and bruises don’t always have to be on the outside. You can get hurt just as bad, or worse on the in. Sometimes we say hurtful things that we don’t really mean, but maybe its from all the pressure of being a teen. We don’t realize the things we say really hurt some people bad. We don’t actually think that we have the power to make a person become depressed and sad, but the truth is...We have this power and more, but it is all up to you (to slam or hold open the door). You are right...it’s a big decision to make, but it all depends on the path you choose to take!!


This morning when I woke up I sensed that something changed, but it was nothing i could see. Nothing was rearranged....For some unexplainable reason when I looked into the mirror....Even though the image was the same,I could see myself a little clearer. My hair was just as frizzy, but it didn't matter: it's just hair. I still had curves in all the wrong places, but for some reason I DIDNT CARE. I never imagined I might for once feel p.e.r.f.e.c.t! I finally looked the part and i realized the change wasn't outside, but,rather....in my heart!


tell the truth... date someone totally wrong for you... spend all your cash... fall in love... be random... say i LOVE you... sing out loud... dance on tables... stay in your pajamas all day... laugh at a stupid joke... go outside in the rain... cry... get revenge... apologize... tell someone how much they mean to you... tell an asshole how you feel... let someone know what there missing... kiss s-l-o-w-l-y... love deeply... forgive QUICKLY... laugh until your stomach hurts... take chances... give everything... and have NO REGRETS...
